I was desperate to get my aerial sorted for Xmas and rang Dugdale’s up at 8.30pm on the 23rd December and was surprised when David answered the phone!!
He was very polite and helpful and soon put my mind at ease.
As promised the fitter arrived at 10.30 the following morning ( Xmas Eve ) and only charged me a small call out fee as it was a fault on my part, I had accidentally switched off the aerial amplifier in the loft.
What an honest and friendly chap he was.

Unbeatable Service. After the high winds this week, we had problems with our aerial and were recommended to call Dugdales from our farmer friend across the road. We called them early that afternoon and as we had nothing to watch they gave us a priority slot and were with us within 2 hours. All in all a first class service and we would certainly recommend them to all our friends and customers.

Recently rang dugdales to get an extra aerial cable to a room. The lady who answered the phone was very polite and professional. She was able to make an appointment that suited me. As promised the engineer arrived first thing as I requested. The engineer was also very polite and professional and got the job done with no fuss. This kind of service is hard to find and would highly recommend.
